Business Analyst with French

• At least a bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, business, economics, IT, or related fields
• Excellent command of English, fluent communication with native speakers (minimum C1 level)
• Very good knowledge of French (minimum B2/C1 level)
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Proven ability to apply both intuitive and analytical thinking to solve complex problems
• Eligibility to work full-time in Poland and the European Union
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of business analysis, Agile, analytical reasoning, requirements definition, testing, and teamwork

• Team leadership experience
• Knowledge of insurance processes

• Be part of consulting or implementation teams during IT projects for financial institutions, mainly insurance companies
• Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and test developed solutions
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Collaborate daily with developers and IT architects
• Perform various tasks in different roles within an international environment
• Actively participate as a member of an Agile team, taking responsibility for assigned topics
