Lead Analyst – Internal Processing

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.
• At least 1 year of experience in team leadership or coordination.
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Higher education degree (bachelor's or master's).
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with BPMN and/or UML notation.
• Experience managing backlog and prioritization in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Very good command of English (minimum B2) and full professional proficiency in Polish (minimum C1).
• Basic knowledge of SQL.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with WEBCON BPS.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience with implementation of payroll or financial systems.
• Understanding of technical concepts such as API integrations, databases, and security.
• Knowledge of CRM solutions.

• Collaborate with back-office teams (Payroll, Finance, Recruitment) to gather and refine requirements for new internal system functionalities.
• Conduct business and system analysis, communicate with stakeholders, and translate requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to shape and maintain the roadmap of the internal systems ecosystem based on the WEBCON BPS platform.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog of the analysis and development team, ensuring business needs are addressed while maintaining system maintenance and technical improvements.
• Integrate knowledge from multiple internal systems to design optimal cross-system solutions across the internal application landscape.
• Prepare operational reports and analytical system insights for Product Owners and senior management, providing visibility into internal processes and system data.
