j-labs is a Polish software company founded in 2010, specializing in software development with expertise in Java, JavaScript, .NET, Kotlin, Python, QA, and DevOps. The company operates in three locations: Cracow, Warsaw, and Munich, serving over 75 clients in fintech, telco, e-commerce, travel & airlines, automotive, logistics, and banking sectors. It employs over 500 engineers with an average experience of 11 years.

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in Software or AI Engineering.
• Practical experience with Python.
• Experience with Generative AI or Large Language Models through commercial work, internships, projects, or personal initiatives.
• Basic knowledge of Prompt Engineering.
• Basic understanding of RAG and modern AI frameworks.
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar models.
• Basic knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud services.
• Teamwork skills and willingness to develop in AI.
• Fluent in English and Polish (spoken and written).

Nice to have:

• Experience deploying AI solutions to production environments.
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, or similar).
• Experience in Data Engineering, ETL, or data processing.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, Temporal).
• Experience with open-source projects.
• Interest in Agentic AI, AI Engineering, and modern LLM-based systems.
• Knowledge of the financial sector or data-related processes.

• Work on solutions using Generative AI and Large Language Models for automating data integration, transformation, and validation.
• Develop AI-based functionalities including LLM pipelines and RAG implementations.
• Implement solutions enabling data transformations via natural language.
• Enhance features for data integration configuration, quality issue detection, and automatic validation.
• Participate in building new functionalities from concept to production.
• Work with OpenAI and Anthropic Claude models.
• Create and optimize prompts and manage AI model contexts.
• Test and improve the quality of AI-generated responses.
