Scala Developer

• Minimum 3 years of experience programming in Scala
• Strong knowledge and experience with Apache Hadoop and Apache Spark
• Experience working with GitHub
• Basic knowledge of Python
• Experience working according to Scrum methodology
• Good command of English for communication in an international environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Knowledge of JUnit and TDD/BDD approaches
• Experience with Jenkins
• Familiarity with Clean Code principles, SOLID, KISS, DRY, and design patterns
• Experience with Elasticsearch
• Secure Code Warrior certifications

• Create and develop data processing pipelines using Scala and Apache Spark in a GCP environment
• Analyze and process data in a Big Data environment
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to production deployment
• Maintain, test, and develop existing solutions
• Collaborate with international teams and actively participate in Scrum processes
