Tech Lead Java Developer

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Java
• Experience working with distributed systems
• Experience with microservice architecture
• Practical experience with Apache Beam and Apache Flink
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP
• Practical application of TDD
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Ability to make technical decisions and mentor others
• Very good communication skills for global collaboration
• Proficiency in Polish and English at minimum B2 level
• Willingness to work from the Kraków office twice a week

• Design and develop distributed and data processing systems
• Build and maintain microservices
• Make architectural decisions within the Tech Lead scope
• Mentor the team and set technical direction
• Work end-to-end from design through development, deployment, and monitoring
• Ensure quality using TDD without a separate QA team
• Support the production environment under an ownership model

• Openness to work from the Kraków office two times per week
