Wymagania
- Hands-on experience in IT Support or helpdesk
- Familiarity with Microsoft products: Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune
- Ability to work with Microsoft and Apple (Mac) hardware
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WLAN networks and network device monitoring
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
Obowiązki
- Receiving and resolving tickets in the JIRA ticketing system
- Providing daily technical and IT support to employees
- Installing, configuring, and servicing computers (Windows, Mac), mobile devices, and peripherals
- Deploying system updates and working on IT process automation
- Managing wired and wireless networks, including device monitoring
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and authentication policies
- Maintaining technical documentation and IT asset inventory
- Supporting the deployment of new tools and systems in collaboration with technical teams
