• Experience as a Scrum Master in financial or banking organizations
• Experience collaborating with banks or executing projects for the banking sector
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework with practical implementation skills
• Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification
• Higher education degree, preferably in technical, IT, or related fields
• Ability to build collaboration standards and improve product and development team processes
• Experience defining and implementing practices such as Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and code review processes
• Comfortable working with Product Owners, development teams, and business stakeholders
• Ability to conduct workshops, trainings, and mentoring activities supporting team development
• Understanding of digital product creation and development processes and active support in product backlog management

Nice to have:

• Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) certification

• Build and develop standards of work and collaboration principles within the Agile Product framework
• Co-create product development strategy, backlog, and documentation supporting business goal monitoring and achievement
• Design and implement processes and tools to improve development team workflows, including Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and code review processes
• Facilitate collaboration between IT teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders, supporting Agile practice adoption
• Conduct trainings, workshops, and educational activities to support team competence growth and effective implementation of new functionalities
