ASTEK Polska is hiring for a Senior System Analyst role focused on Data Warehouse projects. The position involves working within a data ecosystem, coordinating multiple parallel initiatives, and bridging business needs with IT capabilities and system architecture.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system analysis or IT (banking experience is an advantage)
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and effective communication with business and technical teams
• Experience with databases and strong SQL knowledge
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into coherent system solutions within a larger data ecosystem
• Higher technical education
• Experience as a lead analyst in projects or teams
• Knowledge of complex banking products and financial processes
• Experience working in multi-project environments requiring coordination of dependencies between systems and teams

• Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into coherent data warehouse solutions
• Design and refine analytical and integration solutions
• Collaborate with IT teams, architects, developers, and business stakeholders across multiple parallel initiatives
• Model and analyze data based on relational databases
• Prepare and verify SQL queries and support their optimization
• Collaborate in designing and maintaining ETL processes (Informatica)
• Ensure consistency and quality of solutions within the data ecosystem
• Support testing and deployment of changes in analytical systems
