IT Operations Manager (M/K)

ASTEK Polska operates in the telecommunications industry and collaborates with Orange Polska on system implementations, integrations, and development. The role involves managing IT teams and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors across multiple office locations in Poland including Warsaw, Łódź, Łowicz, Skierniewice, and Lublin.

• Experience managing an IT team and coordinating work with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Practical knowledge in IT system maintenance, development, and administration.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales/customer support tools.
• Programming skills in at least one language: Java, C#, Python, or PHP.
• Proficiency with Linux, Docker, Zabbix, Jira, MySQL, and jQuery.
• Experience managing IT projects including implementations, development, and system changes.
• Knowledge of data reporting and automation of business and operational processes.
• Understanding of basic cybersecurity and IT system security concepts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business units in requirements analysis and IT solution design.
• Leadership skills combined with a hands-on approach and readiness to engage in operational activities.
• Ability to organize work, set priorities, and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent communication in English (B2+/C1).
• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Knowledge of CRM systems for telecom operators (e.g., LMS, MMS, or similar).
• Understanding of subscription and continuous service sales processes.
• Experience implementing NIS2 requirements.

• Manage a small IT team and coordinate cooperation with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure continuity, stability, and high availability of IT systems and services.
• Maintain, develop, and optimize the organization's infrastructure and system environment.
• Monitor and oversee incident, problem, and technical failure handling.
• Respond quickly to business needs and provide IT user support.
• Manage system configuration, user permissions, and system changes.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement IT environment changes, including testing and deployments.
• Automate operational processes and develop reporting and data analytics.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and design IT processes and solutions.
• Ensure IT environment compliance with security and cybersecurity requirements.
• Collaborate with Orange Polska on system implementations, integrations, and development.
• Introduce standards, procedures, and organizational governance in acquired companies and IT environments.
• Initiate and implement improvements to increase organizational and IT area efficiency.

Work location is hybrid with offices in Warsaw, Łódź, Łowicz, Skierniewice, or Lublin, Poland.
