Agile Coach (Bankowość) He/She

ASTEK Polska is recruiting for an experienced Agile Coach to support agile transformation in a financial sector organization, preferably in banking.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Agile Coach
• Experience working in the financial industry, preferably banking
• Practical knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Experience conducting workshops, trainings, and coaching activities
• Higher education degree
• Proficient English language skills, both spoken and written
• Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), ICP-ACC, or equivalent

• Conducting trainings, workshops, and coaching sessions on Agile
• Mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and business leaders
• Identifying and removing organizational obstacles hindering team work
• Supporting teams in applying and developing Agile practices
• Promoting a culture of agility and continuous improvement within the organization
• Collaborating with management on transformation initiatives
