Senior Test Automation Engineer (F/M) - Robot Framework

The position is for a Senior Test Automation Engineer at ASTEK Polska, working for a client in the financial industry on an application and infrastructure migration program.

• Experience as Senior Test Automation Engineer, QA Lead, or Test Lead
• Strong knowledge of Robot Framework
• Experience designing test strategies
• Ability to coordinate work across multiple teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in quality and test reporting
• Proficient in English (preferred C1 level)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge or experience with VMware and Google Cloud Platform
• Experience testing infrastructure and migration projects

• Develop comprehensive test strategies for the migration program
• Create automated tests using Robot Framework
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams
• Manage tests during production migrations
• Oversee preparation of test scenarios
• Monitor test progress and quality
• Manage defects and collaborate with technical teams
• Support business stakeholders during testing

Work mode is hybrid with 3 days per week in the office in Warsaw.
