(Senior) .Net Developer

Vistex is a global enterprise software and services company that helps businesses take control of their mission-critical processes. The Vistex platform helps businesses manage promotions, rebates, SPAs, discounts, and other incentives, enabling business leaders to see financial impacts and drive growth. Global enterprises such as Coca-Cola, Sony, and Grainger rely on Vistex daily. The company is expanding its team in Łódź and seeks motivated .NET Developers with over 3 years of experience.

• 3-8 years of experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core
• Practical experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services
• Good understanding of OOP principles, SOLID practices, and clean/layered architecture
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Experience using ORM and writing efficient SQL queries
• Experience with testing frameworks (NUnit preferred) and API testing tools
• Working knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker)
• Experience deploying and supporting applications in cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel
• Knowledge of Agentic Workflows, including multi-agent systems and recursive planning
• Background in advanced Prompt Engineering, specifically versioning and optimization tools

• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core
• Create modular, reusable components for a complex application ecosystem
• Maintain existing applications through debugging and refactoring
• Implement processing modules and visual data presentation
• Participate in daily scrum meetings and quality assurance processes
• Adapt to a dynamically changing environment
• Communicate daily in English
• Deploy and support applications in cloud environments (Azure or AWS)

Candidate must be open to work on-site at least 1 day per week in Łódź, Poland.
