AI/Automation Developer (m/f/d)

• Strong knowledge of Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., n8n) and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel)
• Familiarity with AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Hugging Face)
• Confident working with REST/GraphQL APIs, Webhooks, OAuth 2.0
• Hands-on experience with Docker (Kubernetes nice to have)
• Knowledge in CI/CD, Git, and deployment practices
• Basic understanding of cloud hosting (e.g., Hetzner, AWS, Azure) and security aspects
• Optional: experience with React.js for smaller frontend integrations
• Strong English skills (German is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills and consulting flair
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Team player with a collaborative mindset

• Implementation of client projects in the field of AI automation
• Development and orchestration of coding agents
• Integration of external software interfaces (APIs, Webhooks, SaaS tools)
• Design, deployment, and management of scalable solutions
