Data Analyst with AI

Devire Outsourcing IT is a partnership dedicated to self-employed IT specialists executing projects for leading IT companies. The role is for a Data Analyst with AI experience to join a project building a modern Business Intelligence and Analytics platform for the staffing industry, integrating data from multiple ERP systems across different countries into a single solution delivering reliable insights, dashboards, and reusable datasets for reporting.

• Strong practical experience using advanced AI tools in development.
• Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
• Understanding of AI agents, MCP, Harness Engineering, and Git Worktrees.
• Proficiency in Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, DuckDB or similar analytical SQL engines.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience building ETL pipelines.
• Experience integrating data from APIs, Azure, AWS, and SQL databases.
• Skills in building datasets and dashboards in BI tools.
• Strong dashboard design skills with filters and interactive visualizations.
• Experience with Apache Superset is advantageous.

Nice to have:

• BI security and permissions management.
• Workflow orchestration and ETL parallelization.

• Design and develop end-to-end ETL and analytics pipelines using Python.
• Build curated datasets for reporting and customer-facing dashboards.
• Gather business requirements and define meaningful KPIs with stakeholders.
• Create interactive BI dashboards that enable customers to analyze and filter data.
• Optimize data processing and ensure solutions scale efficiently across multiple customers.

AI & Productivity:

• Use advanced AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex in daily development.
• Understand AI agents, MCP (Model Context Protocol), Harness Engineering, and Git Worktrees.
• Use AI to accelerate development and improve productivity.

ETL & Data Engineering:

• Work with Python, Jupyter Notebooks, Pandas, NumPy, and DuckDB or similar analytical SQL engines.
• Use advanced SQL and build ETL pipelines.
• Integrate data from APIs, Azure, AWS, and SQL databases.

Business Intelligence:

• Build datasets and dashboards in BI tools.
• Design dashboards with filters and interactive visualizations.
