Manual QA - Salesforce support

Spyrosoft is a software engineering company established in 2016, specializing in technology solutions for industry 4.0, automotive, geospatial, healthcare & life sciences, employee experience & education, and financial services industries. The role involves joining a 5-person QA team supervised by a QA Manager to support the delivery of ongoing projects for a nationwide grocery retail chain with over 10,000 locations in Poland.

• 4 years of professional experience, including 2 years testing Salesforce applications
• At least 2 years of experience testing web applications
• Experience working with REST APIs
• Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong individual work organization
• Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to optimize testing processes
• High effectiveness in fast-changing project environments, maintaining high quality processes under time pressure
• Fluency in Polish language (B2 level)

Nice to have:

• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
• Hands-on experience or solid background in writing test automation for the Salesforce platform
• Readiness to share knowledge, advise, and help design the strategy for Salesforce test automation
• Good knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration (workflows, validation rules, processes, builders, flows)

• Analyzing, designing, and executing functional and integration test cases
• Designing and maintaining test documentation and test scenarios
• Collaborating closely with the development team to ensure the highest product quality
• Identifying, reporting, and tracking system defects across testing environments
• Performing regression, UAT, interface, integration, functional, and exploratory testing
• Participating in requirements analysis and implementation design reviews
• Proposing improvements to testing processes and product quality
• Contributing to the development of testing standards and best practices
• Supporting release processes and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Presenting tested solutions to stakeholders
• Acting as an advisor and supporting the team in building/shaping the test automation process for Salesforce (as an additional professional development opportunity)
