Technical Data/Business Analyst (Pharma / Life Sciences)

Holisticon Connect is a division within NEXER GROUP, a custom software development company started in Poland in 2017. The team has grown to over 140 people and works with world-renowned brands from Scandinavia, the UK, and Western Europe.

Business Analysis:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in complex enterprise environments with multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Expertise in business analysis methodologies and requirements engineering.
• Experience supporting Business Intelligence, reporting, or analytics initiatives.
• Familiarity with Design Thinking, User-Centred Design, or UX concepts.
• Practical experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Good knowledge of UML/BPMN.

Laboratory Informatics & Life Sciences:

• Previous experience in Life Sciences, Laboratory IT, R&D IT, Pharmaceutical, or Scientific environments.
• Knowledge of biobanking, genomics/genetics, molecular biology, or assay data pipelines is a strong advantage.

Data & Technical Skills:

• Experience working with enterprise data solutions and end-to-end data processes.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and reporting environments.
• Practical knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, Tableau, VB, and Python (nice to have).

Validation & Regulatory Knowledge:

• Experience working within regulated environments, e.g., GxP.
• Understanding of auditability, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and translate laboratory workflows into process models and user stories for IT solutions.
• Support system configuration, UAT, validation, and product improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards.
• Work within regulated environments supporting pharmaceutical research, laboratory operations, and clinical development initiatives.
