Observability Engineer

The project is in the banking industry and involves working within the Technology Services unit focusing on observability solutions.

• Strong knowledge of observability fundamentals, including metrics, logs, and traces.
• Proficient in data visualization best practices.
• Experience with configurations from sources like Prometheus, InfluxDB, or AppDynamics.
• Skilled in dashboard design, including variables and transformations.
• Proficiency in provisioning as code / infrastructure as code.
• Experience with Grafana and Grafana Alerting.
• Proficient in Git/Bitbucket.
• Excellent proficiency in JSON.
• Experience with scripting languages like Bash or Python.
• Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Application development or engineering experience.
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication, or related fields.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with Splunk.
• Hands-on experience with AppDynamics.
• Hands-on experience with PowerBI.
• Experience in international projects or agile methodologies.
