Procter & Gamble is hiring for a Data & Applications Engineer role focused on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting and application capabilities. The position is based at the WARSAW PLANT & GO location in Poland.
Wymagania
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related quantitative field.
- Extensive experience in Data Engineering, including designing and optimizing data pipelines using Python and SQL.
- Proficiency in PowerBI, PowerApps, and Azure Databricks.
- Expertise in Data Management principles including data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data warehousing.
- Proficiency in database technologies and data modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
Obowiązki
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines for diverse ESG datasets.
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms to analyze ESG data and generate insights.
- Implement and manage data governance frameworks ensuring data quality, integrity, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with ESG domain experts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
- Build and optimize data models and schemas to support ESG reporting and analytics.
- Evaluate and integrate new data technologies and tools to enhance ESG data infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data pipelines, models, and applications.
- Provide technical expertise and support for ESG data-driven projects and initiatives.
