Senior Business Analyst

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical documentation
• Experience collaborating with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML notations, and experience with mockup tools
• Ability to prepare clear business documentation including user stories and high-level features; familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Ability to conduct as-is and to-be impact analysis
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related and analytical field

Nice to have:

• Leadership skills or previous product ownership experience
• Financial domain knowledge in Banking, Capital Markets, Payments, or Trading to act as SME to senior stakeholders and team members

• Coordinate software development process in each phase of the software development lifecycle
• Negotiate with different client departments during business requirements analysis
• Act as financial domain expert and main contact point for business stakeholders within the scrum team
• Work closely with IT developers, architects, quality assurance SMEs, and product owners daily
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and explain technical solutions to business stakeholders
• Facilitate refinement sessions, workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to gather and validate requirements
• Create high-quality user stories, business and functional specifications with clear and testable acceptance criteria
• Partner with others to create, coordinate, and execute test plans including QA and UAT
• Analyze and document data flows and data mappings
