• 5–8+ years of product management experience in software or SaaS.
• Proven experience working closely with Engineering teams in Agile settings.
• Experience leading or mentoring Product Managers or Product Owners.
• Strong track record in defining product priorities and managing roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of customer-driven product development and data-informed decisions.
• Proficiency in SAFe methodology and hands-on experience in a SAFe environment.
• Ability to foster psychological safety, open communication, and constructive feedback.

• Define and execute overall product strategy, translating business objectives into priorities and roadmaps.
• Lead and develop a team of Product Owners, fostering strong product management practices.
• Ensure effective collaboration between Product and Engineering teams throughout product development.
• Drive product discovery, including problem validation, solution exploration, and user feedback incorporation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, aligning product priorities with leadership and support teams.
• Identify product opportunities based on customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Monitor and optimize product performance using metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Act as Product Owner for a strategic AI-powered analytics platform.
