Solution Architect

Haleon is a company located in Poznań, operating within the Digital & Technology (D&T) sector, focusing on Commercial capabilities including Sales, Marketing, Trade, and Customer Engagement. The role is part of the Commercial Domain team and involves working closely with Product Managers, engineers, data teams, and delivery teams to align solutions with enterprise architecture standards.

Essential:

• Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect in Digital/Technology environments with strong hands-on system design capability.
• Ability to translate business requirements into implementable solution architectures and guide delivery teams.
• Understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and data flows in enterprise environments.
• Experience embedding security, privacy, and compliance requirements into solution designs.
• Skills in logical architecture, integration, data flows, and non-functional design.
• Ability to provide pragmatic "minimum viable architecture" guidance.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured problem solving and comfort with ambiguity and trade-offs.

Preferred:

• Experience designing Commercial solutions in CRM/customer engagement ecosystems aligned to Salesforce-centric strategies.
• Experience operating within enterprise architecture standards and governance models at scale.

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable technology solutions for the Commercial domain.
• Translate business needs into solution architectures, integration designs, and implementation roadmaps.
• Ensure alignment with Commercial domain priorities and target architecture.
• Design and govern integrations, APIs, and data flows across Commercial, ERP, Finance, Supply Chain, and Data platforms.
• Provide architecture guidance and delivery assurance throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Embed security, privacy, and compliance requirements into solution designs.
• Promote architecture standards, reusable patterns, and best practices.
• Drive simplification and standardisation by reducing complexity and encouraging strategic platform use.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Delivery teams for successful implementation.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
