AI Adoption Manager

Wakacje.pl is an e-commerce platform and a network of travel agencies offering a wide range of travel products. Since 2015, it has been part of Wirtualna Polska Holding, Poland's largest group of media and e-commerce companies. Together with Travelplanet.pl and the Invia brands across CEE, they are building a unified travel group driven by a shared #TravelMindset.

• 5+ years of experience in change management, internal communications, L&D, or similar roles involving organizational behavioral change.
• Proven leadership or co-leadership of internal transformation or adoption programs.
• Experience working with C-suite and senior leadership; comfortable presenting to the board.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive behavioral change across diverse teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) including prompt crafting and workflow design.
• Solid understanding of the AI landscape to discern useful tools from hype.
• Digital fluency with everyday AI product use and independent evaluation of new solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (minimum C1).
• Proven ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and facilitate workshops and executive briefings.
• Strong data literacy to define adoption metrics, interpret dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making.

Nice to have:

• Experience in tech or e-commerce environments.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 for knowledge management.
• Experience designing or delivering digital learning experiences (LMS, e-learning tools).
• Background in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or community management.

• Co-design and deliver AI training for selected non-tech groups, including workshops, e-learning modules, playbooks, and role-specific learning paths.
• Recruit, train, and retain a network of AI Ambassadors across all business units, building community and operating rhythm.
• Own the company-wide AI Knowledge Hub on SharePoint, including playbooks, prompt libraries, guides, and use-case galleries.
• Define metrics reflecting real AI adoption and provide regular reporting to leadership; design interventions when adoption lags.
• Maintain continuous momentum around AI through newsletters, showcases, lunch-and-learns, demos, and board briefings.
• Act as a strategic partner to department heads piloting AI in their areas, assisting with use cases, pilots, and scaling.
• Continuously monitor new AI tools, use cases, and industry benchmarks to provide practical inspiration.
• Collaborate with AI Enablement Lead, Technology, Security, and Legal teams to ensure safe, policy-compliant AI adoption.
• Expand enablement to all non-tech departments to achieve productivity gains without technical background.
