Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation, transformation, or development projects in SAP Retail.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Retail and system configuration in master data, pricing, promotions, and workflow.
- Practical experience with SAP MM, SD, and Retail modules, especially in trade processes and master data management.
- Participation in at least two full project cycles including analysis, design, implementation, and stabilization of SAP solutions.
- Ability to analyze and optimize business processes related to trade, purchasing, logistics, and assortment management.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional and technical solutions.
- Effective collaboration skills with business stakeholders, external suppliers, and project teams.
- Experience conducting workshops, testing, and training for business users.
- Knowledge of SAP Retail integration with other SAP solutions is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Polish enabling smooth work in a project environment.
- Independence, initiative, and ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Ability to read and understand ABAP code is an additional asset for system issue analysis and resolution.
Obowiązki
- Lead implementation, transformation, and development projects in SAP Retail supporting key business processes.
- Design, configure, and develop SAP Retail solutions related to master data management, workflow, and trade and supply chain processes.
- Manage areas such as Article Master, Assortment Management, Listing Procedures, Business Partner, and purchasing and logistics processes.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions supporting trade and supply chain management.
- Manage projects and coordinate cooperation with external partners, suppliers, and business teams.
- Test, implement, and optimize IT solutions ensuring effective retail and logistics processes.
- Monitor system usage, identify improvement areas, and initiate innovative solutions supporting business development.
- Collaborate with business users on requirements analysis, solution definition, and decision support.
- Conduct workshops, training, and support key users in SAP Retail solutions.
- Define data management standards and archiving policies, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with business requirements.
