Grupa Blix develops popular shopping applications in Poland, including BLIX, Zdrowe Zakupy, and Qpony, used by over 6 million smart shoppers annually. The company operates at the intersection of technology and daily needs, enabling users to make informed shopping decisions. It supports sales for major brands, producers, and retail chains in Poland, Ukraine, and Romania.

• Strong knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and the iOS platform.
• Business experience in developing large, multi-module iOS applications.
• Practical knowledge of MVVM/View-Model, Coordinator, Repository, Mapper architectures, and Domain/Data/UI layering.
• Experience in modularizing legacy monolithic code.
• Experience with Core Data, Realm, SwiftData.
• Familiarity with Grand Central Dispatch and Modern Swift Concurrency (async/await).
• Proficient in REST communication and caching.
• Ability to manage dependencies using SPM and CocoaPods within CI/CD for iOS.
• Skills in diagnosing performance, memory, and view lifecycle issues.
• Experience with feature flags and deploying changes without interrupting product development.
• Very good command of Polish.
• Proficient English for working with technical documentation.
• Participation in code reviews and architectural decisions considering migration costs and regression risks.
• Knowledge of AI tools to support work and ability to verify quality and security of generated solutions.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Kotlin Multiplatform and integration of KMP frameworks with iOS apps.
• Experience with design systems in SwiftUI.
• Knowledge of deep links, push notifications, background tasks, analytics, and A/B test configuration.
• Experience maintaining multiple app variants and environment configurations.
• Experience working on high-traffic B2C applications.

• Develop and enhance the flagship Grupa Blix application.
• Design clear and scalable code with unit tests.
• Participate in planning new solutions including feasibility analysis, architecture definition, tool selection, and resource estimation.
• Conduct modernization tasks such as database performance improvements and library migrations.
• Perform code reviews.
• Collaborate closely with product teams (PM, QA, Design) using a lean model.
• Proactively resolve ongoing issues.
• Utilize AI tools to improve code analysis, implementation, refactoring, and testing.
