Product Owner - Alior Mobile (K/M)

Tribe Omnichannel is responsible for developing electronic channels for Individual Clients, focusing on designing and implementing new solutions in Alior Mobile, Alior On-line, and developing digital platforms and tools.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product development roles, preferably as Product Owner, Customer Journey Specialist, or Business Analyst.
• Documented achievements in implementing and developing digital products or financial services.
• Understanding of digital technologies and market trends in mobile banking.
• Experience managing complex topics at the intersection of IT and business and working with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); certifications such as PSPO I/II, PAL-E, Leading SAFe or equivalents are a plus.
• English language skills at a level enabling work in an international environment and use of technical documentation.
• Highly developed organizational and communication skills.
• Internal motivation, high independence in task execution, and determination to create innovative products.

• Collaborate on defining the vision and implementing the development strategy for Alior Mobile, focusing on improving customer experience in banking product services.
• Take responsibility for the development and business performance indicators of Alior Mobile.
• Work with other tribes to deliver services and business value for the mobile application.
• Prepare, implement, and monitor solutions to increase active users, NPS of the mobile app, and self-service levels.
• Conduct market research, analyze competition, and identify trends to adjust product strategy.
• Manage the team's roadmap, set priorities, and co-create release plans.
• Lead Agile teams of analysts, developers, and testers.

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
