Wymagania
- Practical skills in diagnosing and repairing computer hardware: laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, phones
- Knowledge of operating systems: Windows 11, Linux, macOS, Android, iOS
- Familiarity with tools and environments: Microsoft 365, VPN, Active Directory, Azure AD
- Understanding of computer networks: LAN, WAN, WLAN
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving under time pressure
- Strong communication skills and professional internal stakeholder service orientation
Obowiązki
- Support employees with computer hardware, systems, and basic IT issues
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to laptops, docking stations, monitors, printers, phones, and accessories
- Install and configure computer hardware and software
- Handle tickets in the ticketing system, prioritize and escalate as per procedures
- Collaborate with infrastructure, IT systems, and other technology teams
- Maintain hardware inventory and support purchasing processes
- Conduct inventory of hardware, software, and company domains
- Create and update technical and process documentation
- Improve Service Desk processes, especially repetitive L1 requests
- Provide ongoing technical support for office operations
