Collections Specialist with Portuguese

• Experience in OTC processing, collections, or credit assessment roles
• Experience in a multinational environment including Shared Services Centres
• Mindset and behaviors aligned with HEINEKEN Finance Behaviours
• Experience in managing stakeholders
• Experience with reporting
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Required SAP knowledge; Salesforce is a plus
• Knowledge of Portuguese

• Owning the Customer Ledger and keeping it clear while meeting collection targets
• Acting as a Business Partner to OpCos to provide timely and accurate data and ensure effective collections
• Collaborating with HGSS teams to ensure effective delivery of collection processes and adherence to standards
• Managing customer relationship accounts and ensuring high service levels
• Handling incoming and outgoing calls with customers
• Identifying held orders and taking appropriate actions to resolve them
• Managing the credit limit exceeded process according to credit policy
• Supporting and contributing to continuous improvement projects in collaboration with OpCo and HGSS
• Regularly updating the Team Leader about collections developments and progress
• Driving personal development in finance skills and business knowledge
• Ensuring adherence to process controls, policies, and compliance, suggesting improvements
• Maintaining complete and up-to-date process documentation
• Working hours: 12:00–20:00
