Copilot Engineer

• Strong knowledge of Power Platform components: Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and Graph API
• Experience with Azure AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, and AI Foundry
• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering concepts
• Programming skills in TypeScript, C#, or Python
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and Azure Functions
• Knowledge of Entra ID, RBAC, DLP, governance, and CI/CD in Power Platform
• Ability to work with clients and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience with Power Apps
• Familiarity with ALM tools and deployment automation
• Consulting or implementation project experience
• Experience building reusable accelerators
• Knowledge of additional Azure services like AI Vision, Speech, and Document Intelligence

• Build Copilot agents and extensions using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Azure AI
• Create custom actions, connectors, and API integrations using TypeScript, C#, and Python
• Design conversational workflows based on Microsoft Graph and enterprise data
• Integrate with systems such as SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, Azure, and external APIs
• Design secure data access models using Entra ID and managed identities
• Translate business requirements into functional Copilot solutions
• Develop reusable accelerators including templates, prompt packs, and connector bundles
• Implement security, governance, and compliance standards
• Support Copilot adoption through workshops, demos, and mentoring business teams
