Wymagania
- Minimum 4 years of experience in application management, technical support, or as an Application/Technical Manager
- Experience in enterprise IT environments, preferably banking or critical systems
- Knowledge of infrastructure and technologies such as Kubernetes, Linux/Unix, Windows Server, IIS, JBoss, Tomcat
- Basic knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL
- Operational or application experience with Kubernetes
- Understanding of network basics and application architecture
- Exposure to integration technologies and platforms like MuleSoft, Salesforce, SAP, or banking systems (e.g., LEO)
- Familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., GitHub, Concourse)
- Ability to use monitoring and support tools (e.g., Splunk, Postman) and ITSM systems (Jira, Confluence)
- Understanding of ITIL / IT Service Management processes
- Experience with user and access management (User & Identity Management)
- Ability to work in complex, multi-system, and multi-team environments
- Strong organizational skills, prioritization, and analytical problem-solving
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or other cloud environments)
- Experience in banking or financial environments
- Knowledge of release management and change management (CAB) processes
- Practical experience with Splunk, Postman, and CI/CD tools
- Experience with system integrations (MuleSoft, SAP, Salesforce)
- Basic scripting and automation knowledge (Bash)
- Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and logging practices
Obowiązki
- Support application management in enterprise environments, including banking and integration systems
- Coordinate technical changes (Change Management / CAB) and support deployment processes
- Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architects and business teams
- Maintain and update technical documentation (LeanIX, Service Cards, AMS, Release Notes)
- Implement and oversee application versions in test environments
- Perform technical analysis of applications and recommend improvements and automation
- Support system integrations (MuleSoft, SAP, Salesforce, and others)
- Monitor deployment quality, system stability, and support performance and security testing
- Collaborate on access and user management (IAM / User Management)
- Support AMS teams (2nd line support) with documentation and technical knowledge
- Participate in IT budget planning (OTB/RTB) and monitor its usage
- Support IT projects including feasibility analysis, change planning, and quarterly planning
- Maintain ongoing collaboration with local and central stakeholders
