PWPW S.A. produces high-quality, highly secured banknotes and documents present worldwide. The company also provides IT systems supporting these documents, designing specialized software and proprietary IT solutions with high security, quality, and reliability requirements.

• Higher or vocational secondary education in IT, IT security, information security, compliance, or related fields.
• Experience in monitoring and supervising user activities in IT infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, Windows 11, Linux, and MS Office suite.
• Passive knowledge of English enabling use of IT applications and systems, reading documentation, and self-learning.
• Accuracy, responsibility, and ability to work according to procedures.

• Monitor activities performed by system operators and administrators across systems, databases, applications, and telecommunication networks for selected IT services, including eIDAS-compliant trust services.
• Monitor configuration changes of critical IT infrastructure elements.
• Identify and escalate detected discrepancies and service unavailability to the Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Participate in activities requiring a commission mode.
• Take part in cryptographic key generation ceremonies for internal and client-maintained services.
