Community Manager (part-time | ok. 4h dziennie)

Anraga Studios is developing a game project using Unreal Engine 5 set in the near future, combining realistic technology, field operations, and an original narrative layer in a world affected by climate disaster. The project aims to deliver satisfying gameplay and build an emotional and meaningful message.

• Experience in managing or moderating online communities.
• Communicative, independent, and responsible.
• Proficient in Polish and English.
• Comfortable using social media, Discord, and Steam Community Hub.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with the community and effectively represent the project.

Nice to have:

• Experience with gamedev projects.
• Knowledge of community management tools.
• Experience collaborating with internet creators or moderators.
• Interest in drones and modern technologies.

• Managing and moderating the community on Discord, Steam, and social media.
• Responding to player questions and maintaining a positive discussion atmosphere.
• Co-creating and executing community engagement activities such as events, contests, and AMAs.
• Collecting feedback from players and communicating it to the development team.
• Collaborating with the publishing team on communication planning.
• Monitoring community sentiment and responding to user needs.
