Testing Support

Margo is engaged in a major fintech transformation project within the Fintech/Financial Services sector, focusing on Salesforce and SAP ecosystems.

• Minimum 5 years of experience strictly within the Fintech or Financial Services sector.
• Direct, hands-on experience testing within Salesforce and SAP environments.
• Purely manual/functional testing background; no automation scripting.
• Full-time availability with ability to start no later than June 1st, 2026.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Energetic, self-driven personality with confidence to manage stakeholders and push projects past blockers.

Nice to have:

• Experience with data migration.

• Prepare and execute end-to-end (E2E), user acceptance (UAT), system integration, and non-regression test cycles with attention to cross-system dependencies.
• Analyze business requirements and process flows to design test scenarios, scripts, and documentation.
• Perform data quality, consistency, and integrity checks after data mocks and production migrations.
• Track, document, and manage defect logs using Jira; coordinate with Migration Team and developers for resolution and retesting.
• Facilitate communication between finance, business users, and technical teams to define testing scope, priorities, and blockers.
• Monitor testing progress, deliver status updates, conduct root cause analysis, and support cutover readiness.

This position requires candidates to have a minimum of 5 years of experience strictly within the Fintech or Financial Services sector. Applications without this background will not be considered.
