Senior Financial Analyst

We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst based in Poland to further strengthen our team. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a finance-related discipline
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
• Confident skills in interpreting Excel spreadsheets, building diverse charts, and summarizing data through PivotTables
• Solid grasp of financial analysis tools and methodologies
• Outstanding time management, organizational, analytical, and communication abilities
• Demonstrated capability and eagerness to handle large datasets
• Ability to perform well both independently and within a team setting
• Keen attention to detail across all work outputs
• Practical experience using PowerPoint for creating professional presentations

• Examine monthly financial reports to detect patterns, irregularities, and areas where improvements can be made
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting cycles within the designated area of responsibility
• Evaluate financial outcomes and projections, including profit and loss, variance analysis, impact analysis, trend analysis, and benchmarking
• Share financial outcomes with the Leadership Team each month, offering clear observations and actionable suggestions
• Provide on-demand analytics, reporting, and advisory support to address the needs of a corporate function
• Build tailored reporting solutions to match the specific demands of a corporate function
• Refine and automate current reports and procedures to enhance both efficiency and precision
• Offer essential business and financial guidance to the organization to facilitate sound decision-making
