Lead Jenkins Scaling Expert

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Jenkins architecture and administration in large-scale environments
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
• Expertise in designing and scaling Jenkins controllers for high availability and performance
• Background in architecture assessment for large-scale platforms
• Proficiency in CI/CD practices and tooling
• Skills in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Leadership capabilities in driving complex technical initiatives
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with GCP's core services (Google Kubernetes Engine, Google Cloud Compute Engine, Google Cloud Storage)
• Experience with enterprise Jenkins solutions like CloudBees CI
• Broad experience with other CI/CD tools and ecosystems

• Lead the architectural design of a highly available and scalable Jenkins controller infrastructure
• Evaluate commercial solutions (e.g., CloudBees CI) versus custom-built architectures to determine the optimal path forward
• Drive the implementation, configuration, and migration to the new Jenkins architecture with minimal disruption
• Audit the current Jenkins environment to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
• Ensure the resilience and performance of CI/CD pipelines to support growing development needs
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the design and implementation process
