Senior Fullstack Engineer

WearLinq is a healthcare startup emerging from Stanford University focused on democratizing healthcare through an integrated ecosystem of hardware, software, and services. They have launched an FDA-cleared 6-channel EKG wearable device with a patient-facing mobile app for arrhythmia diagnosis and stroke risk management. The software team is based in Poland and works fully remote.

• Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience with a strong backend focus
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and React
• Experience with dynamic front-end rendering techniques
• Experience with modern AI workflows
• Experience with AWS serverless, distributed computing, and big data
• Experience managing infrastructure, databases, CI/CD, and DevOps focusing on scalability and security
• Experience integrating third-party solutions
• Strong SQL skills with Postgres or similar RDBMS
• Strong English communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience building/leading DevOps practices
• Experience with FDA software medical device regulatory environment
• Familiarity with IEC 62304, ISO 14971, 21 CFR Part 11 audit logging
• Experience with V&V protocol authoring (IQ/OQ/PQ, test plans)
• Familiarity with healthcare domain, especially ECG arrhythmias

• Design and build high-performance backend microservices
• Integrate data from AI/ML classification algorithms
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Developers to create user experiences
• Architect and implement data models, API functionality, and RESTful interfaces
• Automate data flows while maintaining HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance
• Manage code in GitHub and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with AI/ML, iOS, Android, QA, and management teams
• Engage with hardware and medical professionals to ensure seamless user experience
