Senior Product Manager for Platform Product

GR8 Tech builds B2B iGaming platforms for operators, delivering full-cycle technology designed to scale, including seamless integrations, expert consulting, and long-term operational support. The platform powers millions of active players and supports business growth across brands, markets, and geographies with over 1000 employees across multiple locations and time zones.

• 4+ years of explicit Product Management experience with a history of launching large or complex features.
• Deep functional domain knowledge in the iGaming industry, including verticals like Casino, Sportsbook, CRM, Bonuses, or Anti-Fraud engines.
• Strong technical savviness to critique engineering plans and analyze system architecture.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a structured metric tree for product prioritization.
• High professional autonomy with minimal support needed for day-to-day product issues.
• Excellent communication skills in fluent English.

• Direct execution experience within B2B iGaming platform benchmark companies.
• Experience configuring, optimizing, or localizing platform tools for geographic targets like LATAM.
• Background with flexible B2B Content Management Systems or platform layout configuration tools.
• Interest in improving internal product delivery processes and participating in multidisciplinary interviews.

Strategy & outcomes:

• Execute a clear 6–12 month stream roadmap supporting Turnkey platform goals.
• Align the team's daily delivery schedule to focus on critical, high-impact projects.
• Track core product performance metrics using a structured metric tree.

Discovery & decisions:

• Start with core client problems to uncover actual business needs.
• Set and test product hypotheses through analytics, user insights, and competitor research.
• Analyze client brand performance with Account Management to identify revenue opportunities.

Delivery & execution:

• Ship high-quality platform features, widgets, and layout configuration systems under compliance and time constraints.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to refine technical solutions and maintain delivery velocity.
• Anticipate technical risks and manage dependencies across platform modules.

Stakeholder management:

• Manage complex intake pipelines from B2C brands without derailing engineering focus.
• Resolve cross-team execution dependencies independently.
• Communicate regular updates and research findings transparently to the product organization.
