Mid/Senior Product Manager

• Demonstrated AI fluency with practical experience scoping and shipping AI-powered product features.
• 3–5 years of product management experience partnering with engineering teams or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage backlog, write clear requirements and acceptance criteria, and deliver on time.
• Strong data and analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL, BI tools (e.g., Tableau), or Python.

Nice to have:

• Finance or fintech experience, including familiarity with financial close cycles, SOX compliance, or regulatory-adjacent products.
• Accounting domain background, including knowledge of subledgers, journal entries, chart of accounts, and revenue recognition.
• Experience with data engineering or ETL pipelines.

Accounting Platform (ACTP):

• Own the product backlog, develop clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineering to deliver reliable, on-time outcomes.
• Translate complex Finance stakeholder requirements into well-scoped user stories and product solutions.
• Leverage AI tooling to improve platform configurability and accelerate adoption of new use cases.
• Identify and drive automation of manual workflows to reduce operational burden and improve scalability.
• Partner with Engineering on tradeoffs between rapid iteration and foundational investments.
• Define success metrics and communicate progress transparently to senior stakeholders.
