Product Manager, Reconciliation Platform

• Demonstrated AI fluency with experience shipping AI-powered product features and sound judgment on automation risks.
• 3–5 years of product management experience with proven ability to manage backlogs, write requirements, and deliver on time.
• Strong data and analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL, BI tools (e.g., Tableau), or Python.

Nice to have:

• Finance or fintech experience, including familiarity with financial close cycles, SOX compliance, or regulatory products.
• Background in reconciliation domain services such as ledger, subledger, or reconciliation systems.
• Experience with data engineering, data ingestion, normalization, or ETL pipelines.

• Own the product backlog, develop clear requirements and acceptance criteria, and lead cross-functional execution with engineering.
• Translate complex Finance stakeholder requirements into well-scoped user stories and product solutions.
• Leverage AI tooling to improve platform configurability and accelerate adoption of new use cases.
• Identify and drive automation of manual workflows to reduce operational burden and improve scalability.
• Partner with Engineering on tradeoffs between rapid iteration and foundational investments.
• Define success metrics and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
