System Administrator

Dietly is the largest dietary catering marketplace in Poland, part of the Żabka Group. It operates at the intersection of technology, logistics, and healthy lifestyle, combining SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, and foodtech into a unified ecosystem. The company develops a "SaaS-enabled Marketplace" model used by over 300 food production partners to manage production, sales, and customer service. Dietly also provides ready e-commerce stores for caterings and integrated D2C logistics enabling meal delivery within 24 hours, with over 100,000 deliveries daily and a team of over 140 specialists ensuring system reliability.

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing IT infrastructure (preferably full cloud) or technical support
• Knowledge of user management systems (Google Workspace/M365)
• Good technical knowledge of Windows and MacOS
• IT security awareness and mindset
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
• Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Ability to diagnose and fix hardware and software failures with analytical thinking
• Knowledge of LAN configuration and WLAN planning
• Communicative English (minimum B2 level)
• Communication skills, openness, and teamwork orientation
