Fullstack Java+React Developer (banking)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in backend development with Java, including API design and development
• Good knowledge of frontend technologies, especially React
• Experience building web applications with conversational elements (chat), including streaming responses, conversation history, user feedback, and source presentation
• Basic knowledge of BigQuery and SQL
• Ability to design ergonomic UI for data: tables, charts, drill-down, export results
• Teamwork skills: Git, code review, quality standards, documentation, unit/integration/e2e testing
• Experience in production environments: CI/CD, monitoring/logging, incident response
• Willingness to collaborate with AI Engineer and data teams on API contracts, data formats, validations, and cost constraints
• Proficiency in Polish language enabling smooth team communication (minimum B2 level)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of semantic/metrics layer solutions: semantic layer, caching, pre-aggregations, metrics governance
• Familiarity with "conversational analytics" tools and product patterns for "chat with data": citations, "show SQL", explore vs answer modes, trust scoring
• Experience with UI and data visualization libraries
• Knowledge of GCP services: Cloud Run, Pub/Sub
• Basic containerization and deployment skills: Docker/Kubernetes
• Experience in regulated environments (banking): audit, compliance, data classification, security processes

• Build Data Lake and Data Warehouse solutions with both online and offline data feeding processes
• Design and implement IT solutions for data feeding
• Analyze data and prepare logical and physical data models
• Create offline and online data flows using on-premises tools and GCP
• Develop data loading solutions in Python and Rust for structured and unstructured data
• Build and develop the "chat with data" tool, including conversation layer, intent interpretation, query generation, and response presentation
• Design and implement solutions based on business requirements
• Resolve incidents and participate in problem-solving
• Support testing and implement changes in data feeding processes
• Assist in servicing deployed software

The candidate must be willing to work in a hybrid model from the client's office in Warsaw and have Polish language skills at least at B2 level for effective team communication.
