• Expert knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with SvelteKit and frontend UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with NodeJS and PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and CQRS.
• Strong communication skills and ability to set accurate expectations.
• Resilience under pressure and ability to handle bugs and crises.
• No ego and a focus on product mastery.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.

• Ship frontend features primarily using SvelteKit, Tailwind, and DaisyUI.
• Implement backend features including simple CRUD operations using NodeJS and Postgres.
• Collaborate in a high-bandwidth communication environment.
• Participate in optional code reviews and own technical decisions.
• Use engineering principles aligned with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Command Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS).
