Senior Software Engineer (Python/Go/AI)

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a backend software engineer, full-stack engineer, or system engineer
• Strong knowledge of at least two programming languages
• Solid architectural foundations: API design, microservices, queues, events, service security
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases and creating complex integrations
• Ability to independently lead project work and operate in areas without ready-made solutions
• Experience in high security or high availability environments
• Experience with open source technologies
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and propose solutions

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of low-latency, event-driven architecture, real-time processing
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Cosmos, Substrate)
• Understanding of ITIL concepts or basic certifications
• Understanding of asset tokenization, emission models, registry systems
• Experience working with AI agents, orchestrators, RAG, vector systems
• Experience creating bots or APIs for automated decision-making agents

• Designing and implementing backend services and APIs for new payment models and authorization systems
• Creating prototypes and integration services operating in high availability environments
• Collaborating with the technical lead on architecture design of new solutions
• Participating in technology analysis and tool selection
• Writing production code and proof-of-concepts for new functionalities
• Ensuring security, scalability, and quality of implemented services
• Cooperating with business-regulatory and technical team members
• Supporting testing and deployment processes
