Product Manager - 2D / 3D / E&I (Aveva UE)

• Degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or equivalent.
• Over 10 years of experience in EPC Plant Design.
• More than 3 years of experience with AVEVA E3D and AVEVA Diagrams.
• Understanding of Digital & IT professions including planning, building, deploying, and running digital solutions.
• Deep functional knowledge of AVEVA E3D and Aveva Diagram; exposure to SmartPlant suite is a plus.
• Strong ability to drive products with stakeholders across different geographies.
• Knowledge of financial and operational controlling.
• Good understanding of Data, Digital, and IT domains.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on problem solving and effective decision making.
• Passion for automation and reducing "time-per-task".
• Fluent in English.

• Define Digital Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own product scope, strategy, vision, and yearly technical roadmaps aligned with business and domain goals. Prioritize features and oversee timelines.
• Pilot Financial Envelope & Performance Management: Manage product budget, monitor KPIs and financial metrics, handle licenses and usage rates, and analyze user satisfaction.
• Own Product Engineering Design & Delivery Management: Ensure product design and delivery align with strategic objectives and agile practices, manage release cycles, product retirement, documentation, and support rollouts.
• Drive Cross-Functional Team Coordination & Project Management: Coordinate teams for project and operational excellence, act as Project Manager when designated, partner with Solution Owner on trade-offs, validate requirements against safety and cybersecurity standards, and serve as primary translator between business/users and IT.
