Transfer Multisort Elektronik Sp. z o.o. is hiring for a Junior Data Analyst position in Łódź, Poland, focused on warehouse and logistics process analysis within the Logistics Warehouse Division.

• Minimum one year of experience in an analytical role
• Knowledge of warehouse processes
• Advanced practical knowledge of SQL

• Ability to optimize SQL queries
• Experience analyzing large datasets

• Knowledge of SAP HANA and Datasphere
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Analyze data related to warehouse and logistics processes to identify areas for optimization
• Prepare reports, analyses, and summaries supporting business decisions in the Logistics Warehouse Division
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare recommendations for process improvements
• Analyze warehouse process efficiency, including goods receipt, order picking, shipping, returns, and warehouse management
• Create, develop, and optimize SQL queries for analysis, reporting, and automation of analytical processes
• Participate in designing, building, and implementing reporting solutions and business intelligence tools
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and management cockpits supporting operational results monitoring
• Prepare and process data through cleaning, validation, and formatting to ensure quality, consistency, and completeness
• Regularly control data quality, identify inconsistencies, and collaborate on resolving issues related to incorrect or missing data
• Conduct advanced data analyses using statistical and mathematical methods to identify trends, dependencies, and opportunities to improve process efficiency
• Use analytical tools (SQL, Python, R, Excel, or other BI tools) for data exploration, analysis preparation, and reporting automation
• Prepare forecasts, ad-hoc analyses, statistics, and summaries according to business needs and present results and recommendations
• Analyze large datasets to detect dependencies and patterns supporting decision-making and operational automation
• Collaborate with IT teams, developers, testers, and analysts in developing data-based solutions
• Prepare specifications for new data sources and development of existing reporting solutions
• Facilitate cooperation between business and IT in defining requirements, data modeling, and building a data catalog
• Participate in projects related to data analytics development, information quality improvement, and increasing logistics process efficiency
