The IT Chapter Systemy Bankowości Mobilnej team supports the development of a mobile application for retail clients.
Wymagania
- Experience in analyzing mobile or web IT systems or software implementation
- Practical experience in building mobile applications (iOS, Android) and backend applications
- Ability to design system solutions aligned with business requirements
- Skills in analyzing and diagnosing technical problems and software errors, including working with logs
- Ability to communicate solutions clearly and simply
- Ability to translate technical issues into business language
- Knowledge of system architecture (e.g., microservices, queues, cloud, distributed systems)
- Knowledge of IT project management methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Agile, Scrum)
- Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Responsibility, organization, and ability to work under time pressure
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of business processes in digital customer service in banking or finance
- Knowledge of databases and programming languages
- Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum)
