SAP Retail Master Data Menager (m/k)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Retail implementation, transformation, or development projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Retail and system configuration related to master data, pricing, promotions, and workflow.
• Practical experience with SAP MM, SD, and Retail modules, focusing on trade processes and master data management.
• Participation in at least two full project cycles including analysis, design, implementation, and stabilization of SAP solutions.
• Ability to analyze and optimize business processes related to trade, purchasing, logistics, and assortment management.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional and technical solutions.
• Effective collaboration skills with business stakeholders, external suppliers, and project teams.
• Experience conducting workshops, testing, and training for business users.
• Good command of English and Polish for project work.
• Independence, initiative, and ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Ability to read and understand ABAP code is an advantage.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAP Retail integration with other SAP solutions.

• Design, configure, and develop SAP Retail solutions for master data management, workflow, pricing, promotions, and supply chain processes.
• Manage areas such as Article Master, Assortment Management, Listing Procedures, Business Partner, purchasing, and logistics processes.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions supporting retail and supply chain operations.
• Manage projects and coordinate collaboration with external partners, suppliers, and business teams.
• Test, implement, and optimize IT solutions ensuring effective retail and logistics processes.
• Monitor system usage, identify improvement areas, and initiate innovative solutions to support business growth.
• Collaborate with business users on requirements analysis, solution definition, and decision support.
• Conduct workshops, training, and support key users on implemented SAP Retail solutions.
• Define data management standards and archiving policies ensuring data quality, consistency, and business compliance.
