Obowiązki
- Supporting, configuring, and maintaining IT tools and documenting processes
- Diagnosing application problems, performing maintenance, and monitoring performance
- Responding to user requests, escalating difficult cases, and tracking resolution progress
- Monitoring service indicators and supporting compliance with SLA standards
- Providing first-line specialized support, resolving issues, and creating operational documentation and standards
