Technology Support Specialist I

• Experience in IT support, application management, or related field
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Ability to create clear technical documentation
• Willingness to work in shifts, including night hours
• Very good command of English
• CV prepared in English

• Supporting, configuring, and maintaining IT tools and documenting processes
• Diagnosing application problems, performing maintenance, and monitoring performance
• Responding to user requests, escalating difficult cases, and tracking resolution progress
• Monitoring service indicators and supporting compliance with SLA standards
• Providing first-line specialized support, resolving issues, and creating operational documentation and standards
