Dutch Speaking Level 1 Technical Support Specialist - Work In Athens, Greece

• Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Serve as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, delivering Level 1 technical support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues ensuring swift resolution.
• Log, track, and manage support requests using CRM and ticketing systems.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support teams professionally and timely.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting procedures clearly and empathetically.
• Identify recurring technical issues and communicate trends to team leaders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of supported products, services, and systems.
• Meet or exceed KPIs including response time, first-contact resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
