Manual Tester

Scalo is involved in projects within the regulated banking/fintech sector, focusing on building a new business application using Oracle Apex technology. The project is in an advanced stage, requiring support in test case management and execution.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manual Tester.
• Higher education (mandatory).
• Experience in regulated projects (banking/fintech).
• Experience testing data, reports, workflows, and permissions.
• Experience in integration testing.
• Ability to design and document test cases.
• Proficiency with Zephyr and Jira.
• Basic SQL skills for data verification.
• Experience with regression and smoke testing.
• Ability to prepare tests based on requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to identify critical paths and high-risk scenarios.
• Experience reporting test coverage and execution status.
• Systematic and precise documentation skills.
• Comfortable working with incomplete documentation.
• Effective communication with business, analysts, and development teams.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Oracle Apex.
• ISTQB certification.

• Support in organizing the test repository and preparing test cases in Zephyr.
• Execute functional and integration tests.
• Build and maintain regression test catalog.
• Prepare smoke tests.
• Identify gaps in test coverage.
• Update test cases after functional changes.
• Support test coverage and execution status reporting.
