Product Owner will work for a global leader with a sharp focus on lottery solutions. The company has a long history of delivering safe and secure technology and is a dedicated lottery service provider.

Wymagania

  • Bachelor in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Analytics, Computer Science, Business or related field.
  • 3+ years in financial or business systems analysis role or as Product Owner.
  • Primarily business background with experience translating business requirements into technical terms.
  • Strong understanding of product management and software development methods (SDLC).
  • Problem solving and converting challenges into structured actionable solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and prioritize multiple initiatives.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 15% and work across time zones.

Nice to have:

  • Business intelligence tools experience (Power BI or Tableau).
  • Experience writing requirements using DOORS or Polarion.
  • Understanding of transaction processing products (lottery engine, core banking, fintech).

Obowiązki

  • Support migration of sites to cloud based environments.
  • Document requirements from initial draft to review, manage change requests and deliverables.
  • Contribute to product manager vision for Data and Insight products.
  • Lead customer engagements, translate business needs into product requirements, run demos and workshops.
  • Own Data and Insight products: elaborate features into technical requirements with Product Engineering, manage team backlog and acceptance testing.
  • Oversee product creation stages by liaising with engineering leaders managing day-to-day engineering efforts.
  • Create customer artifacts: business process flows, functional specifications, use cases, customer requirements documents, configuration questionnaires.
  • Cooperate with Marketing, Legal and Security stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and ongoing customer support to drive product usage.
  • Support pre-sales and represent products in customer presentations.
